Any modification of the initial service must be made in writing on your customer area or by email to Dieulighs customer service, which will process this request as soon as possible.

TERMS OF CANCELATION :

Cancellation of the order

Dieulighs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. 

In case of order cancellation, whatever the reason, the refund will be made exclusively by crediting the bank card used for payment 

Payment: To pay for his order, the Customer chooses one of the payment methods made available to him and of which he is informed at the start of the ordering process, namely: Paypal, credit card among others.

Withdrawal

In accordance with article L 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase without having to justify reasons or pay penalties except for products and care designed to measure in accordance with article L 121 20 23 of the consumer code the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Return of products

From the notification by the Customer of his right of withdrawal, he has a new period of 14 days to proceed with the return of the products which must be returned, duly protected, in their packaging and/or containers of origin, in perfect condition for resale, including the packaging/containers and instructions for use (undamaged, damaged or soiled, accompanied by any accessories, documentation, etc.) to the following address:

The Customer must also attach to the return his withdrawal slip, of which he will keep a copy.
